We do not reserve individual seats on a bus. When you reserve a trip, you are booking the entire bus.

To ensure charter bus availability, it's best to book your motor coach as early as possible. This will guarantee you a lower rate and secure flexibility in choosing a date.

After you complete your reservation with GOLD COACH, you will receive your Service Agreement via email or fax. This contains your reservation/confirmation number and a complete itinerary of your trip based on the information you provided. We will also, include a credit card authorization form. With this you can submit a deposit of 25% to secure your reservation and the remaining balance must be paid be paid 2 weeks prior to departure.

Neither alcohol, nor smoking is permitted on any of the GOLD COACH motor coaches.

GOLD COACH reserves the right to refuse charter bus transportation to any individual under the influence of alcohol or drugs, and that may become disruptive during the trip. Additionally, if the driver feels threatened in any way, by a passenger, he/she has the right to stop the vehicle until the matter is resolved.

We do not permit food or drinks on the bus. Please ask your driver about the rules of their particular motor coach. All coolers must be kept in the storage compartment under the bus. As a safety precaution, coolers cannot be kept in the aisle.

Chartering party is responsible to forward a detailed itinerary 2 weeks prior to departure date. Additional charges may apply if the itinerary differs from the original service request. Changes in the service agreement without written consent by GOLD COACH may result in additional charges billed to the chartering party. Delay in return time from destination in excess of 30 minutes may be billed additionally to the chartering party.

Chartering party is responsible for parking fees. They are not included in the rate of the trip unless otherwise noted in Service Agreement.

The cost of repairing damage to the vehicle resulting from acts of individuals in the charter party shall be charged to the charter party.

GOLD COACH welcomes your business and understands there are situations when you may need to cancel or reschedule your trip.

Prior to 30 days, GOLD COACH will refund your full payment/deposit. Cancellations from: 30-8 days is subject to a 25% cancellation fee.

For cancellations 7 days or less, chartering party will forfeit full amount of the trip.

Drivers are permitted 10 hours of driving time and 15 hours of on duty status within each 24 hour period. This is in compliance with Department of Transportation hours of service rules and regulations. If you require a reservation that entails driving long distances without stopping, an option of a second driver is available. Please contact a customer care specialist.

For an overnight trip, the customer is responsible to provide the driver's room.


Fleet


GOLD COACH offers deluxe, fully equipped 49 and 56 passenger Motor coaches.

GOLD COACH has ADA/handicap accessible vehicles in our fleet in order to provide services to the rehabilitation centers, assisted living facilities and veterans in the community. Please contact a customer care specialist to request this specific vehicle.

GOLD COACH is not responsible for any items that are left behind. We will make every effort to recover any customer belongings left on the vehicles during the trip and have it shipped to them. Please remember to collect all of your personal belongings before the end of the trip.

GOLD COACH has a network of charter bus vendors along your trip route. Our 24 hour dispatch center will respond to any emergency, such as a breakdown, by sending out another motor coach to complete your trip.

We train our drivers to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the departure time GOLD COACH is committed to providing you with the most reliable service, unfortunately we are not liable for loss of time, revenue due to mechanical failure, inclement weather, traffic or bad road conditions.

Terms and Conditions Information


GOLD COACH reserves the right to lease equipment from other companies to fulfill this agreement.

GOLD COACH is not liable for loss of time or revenue due to mechanical failure or inclement weather.

GOLD COACH is not responsible for personal belongings left on the vehicle during or after the trip.

GOLD COACH maintains discretion in regard to refunds due to absence of or failure of amenity equipment such as, DVD player, CD or MP3 sound system and PA system.

Use of alcohol, controlled substances or tobacco is prohibited on all vehicles.


Payment


A 25% deposit is required at the time of the reservation to secure your transportation. The remaining balance will be due no later than four weeks prior to departure. If full payment is not received, your reservation will not be guaranteed.

GOLD COACH welcomes your business and understands there are situations when you may need to cancel or reschedule your trip. More than 30 days prior to the departure date, you will receive a full refund of your payment or deposit. 30-8 days, there will be a 25% cancellation fee. For cancellations 7 days or less, you will forfeit the full amount of the trip.

Your quote includes all fees except: any parking fees or any unexpected fees that may occur during the trip.

A gratuity is a method of showing your appreciation and satisfaction for the outstanding service however, it is up to the client’s discretion.

GOLD COACH accepts Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express and debit cards. We also accept personal checks, bank checks and money orders.
